Polibienestar Poliwelfare is organised into five areas of action, all under the management department, as follows:
Management.The main functions of this area are to represent Poliwelfare in institutional relations, to offer leadership, bear responsibility and coordinate the different areas.

R+D+I AreaThe purpose of this area is to organise and carry out each of the areas of applied research, from preparation of the R&D+I project to final presentation of the results. It focuses on three sub-areas: a) European projects; b) National projects; c) Autonomous Community and local projects

Training Area.The purpose of this area is to draw up, plan, carry out and evaluate all training actions relating to the Poliwelfare research lines.

Counselling Area.The purpose of this area is to carry out the processes of negotiation and organisation prior to drawing up an agreement for collaboration and/or contracts with the public and private sector, and to carry out specific consultancy and implementation projects on social policies and social resources for the general population.

Human Resources AreaThe purpose of this area is to carry out all actions relating to the people working for Poliwelfare, drawing up profiles, processing employment contracts, identifying needs, promoting training, assessing the degree of integration in each area of action and drawing up annual reports on the future needs of Poliwelfare.

Communication and Marketing AreaThe purpose of this area is to disseminate all general information on the Unit and to draw up strategic proposals for information, marketing and communication on Poliwelfare.
