He is the director of the Executive Master in Project Management at Universitat de València and an advisor-consultant in Project & Portfolio Management.

Among his university education, he has been trained in PRINCE2 by the Office of Government Commerce (United Kingdom, 2009); he has got a Master’s Degree in Systems Theory by Universitat de València (1992); he is an expert in project management (International Project Management Association (2007). Level C). He has got a PhD in Economy at Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (1990) and a Degree in Economy at Universitat de València in 1978.

He is the President of Unión Europea de Sistemas since 2011 and also the President of Sociedad Española de Sistemas Generales (SESGE) since 2010. He teaches Applied Economics at Universitat de València since 1978. He has been an advisor at ICTs departments of companies such as BBVA, Caja Madrid, Prosegur, Sanitas, Seguros Santa Lucía, Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia, Maxam, Caja Sur, Axa, and the Spanish Ministry of Defense. He has designed some training programmes for Universitat de València, OdPe, technological institutions like IBV and AIDO, and companies like General Electric Bank Capital, Corporación de Mutuas, Blauverd and DS2. He is also a member of the committee CP 236 in AENOR who develop ISO-standard 21500 for project management (from 2008). From 2004, he is sponsor and 1st Vice-president of Project Management Institute Valencia Spain Chapter. From 1983 to 1995, he was an advisor in economy for the fishing industry and implemented many national and international actions both for the Spanish government and for the United Nations.
