The project aims to increase the awareness and knowledge of health and care professionals about the health and care needs of homeless people. CANCERLESS proposes and tests the Health Navigator model – a model of care delivery for the prevention and early detection of cancer – and the evaluation framework to assess the implementation of this integrated care model in 4 different health and care systems in Europe.
