Free course on equal employment for LGTBI young people

The European project We Project launches its learning platform with a free course on equal employment for young LGTBI people. The course is aimed at LGTBI people, associations, HR managers in companies and public administrations.

The course is online and lasts approximately 80 hours. All participants will receive a certificate.

The overall objective of the project is to promote equality for young LGTBI people entering the labour market by increasing awareness of non-discrimination principles among workers themselves and by creating an open exchange platform based on examples of good practice in the workplace that promote acceptance, diversity and tolerance.
