Substantial educational tools aimed at improving workers’ health and safety have been developed as part of the MENTOR+ program (Multidimensional and Transversal Well-being Program for Teleworking). The program focuses on increasing awareness of the conditions that promote health and safety during teleworking, with an emphasis on psychological, physical, and nutritional well-being.
