El director de Polibienestar, profesor Jorge Garcés, Catedrático Príncipe de Asturias en la Georgetown University, presentó Polibienestar como instituto público de investigación en la 9th INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES EXPO, junto a la Embajada Española en EEUU y la Spanish Scientists in the USA. El evento tuvo lugar en la sede de NIH (National Institutes of Health) en Washington DC (EEUU).
