Polibienestar participates in the 30th German Prevention Congress in Augsburg, representing the @CO-SECUR project

The CO-SECUR project will be present at the 30th @German Prevention Congress, the world’s largest annual conference on violence and crime prevention.

The conference, which will be held in Augsburg on 23 and 24 June 2025, has as its theme ‘Prevention and Social Peace’ and will bring together 3,000 participants.

#COSECUR presents innovative and community-based approaches to improving safety in public spaces during large events.

Social and participatory approaches to innovation in security – Laura Llop-Medina (Polibenestar, University of Valencia)

Social innovation in security: CO-SECUR case studies – Carina Dantas and Harm op den Akker (SHINE 2Europe)

Round table: Increasing the perception of safety by leveraging social sciences, with experts from across Europe

Our colleague Laura Llop is participating in the 30th German Prevention Congress in Augsburg, representing the @CO-SECUR project, in the session Social and participatory approaches to innovation in security.

CO-SECUR partners will present key ideas on social innovation, community participation and participatory approaches to improving security in public spaces and at large events.
