Davide Vicari holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in international relations, both from the University of Pisa. He is currently a PhD student in Management, Innovation, Sustainability, and Healthcare at Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa. His doctoral thesis focuses on the research of collaborative governance tools in the health and social care sector.
Since February 2025, he has been carrying out his academic visiting period at the Polibienestar Centre of the University of Valencia.
In addition, since June 2022, he has been a junior researcher at the Management and Healthcare Laboratory of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa. During his years as a junior researcher, he has participated in several regional and national projects on health and social policies and governance, coordinating the Long-Term Care research group.
