Silvia holds a degree in History from the University of Seville (2012) and a Master in Territorial Management and Local Development – Rural Territories (2018) from the Université de Toulouse II – Jean Jaurès.
His areas of work are territorial management, public policies focused on rural areas and project engineering. Since 2024, she has been working at the Polibienestar Research Institute of the University of Valencia as a Medium Research Technician in the development of European projects.
