Trinidad Fernández Pérez has got a PhD in English Philology by UNED. She currently teaches at Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid both at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Her research interests include English terminology in the architecture field and the compilation of bilingual dictionaries. She has published some papers in important journals such as ESP (Elsevier), IJL (OUP) and Terminology (John Benjamins Publishing Company).
From 2000, she has been coordinating teaching innovation programmes, where some universities such as University of British Columbia in Canada or Macquire University in Australia collaborate.
She has taken part in many research projects. She is the editor of the journal International Education Research (IER), and a reviewer for the journals International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education and International Journal of Lexicography.
