Yesterday the last consortium meeting of the CP-AGEING project took place, where the partners discussed the results achieved and the last steps before the end of the project.
The main objective of the CP-AGEING project has been to promote healthy ageing of people with cerebral palsy (CP).
To this end, a personalised training programme has been designed for adults with CP and their support persons, focusing on three main areas (physical decline, cognitive decline and autonomy and inclusion) with theoretical contents and practical activities, as well as a selection of digital support tools. The main output of the project is the online training platform where the training programme is hosted.
